 Copyright is a series of laws that put restrictions on the use of one's product. Fair use is when you use copyright correctly by citing and commenting using the work in the ways allowed by the author. Being a teacher I would prefer to use my own ideas and imaging to avoid problems. When taken the correct approach by students with proper citations, you can have great work done within the guidelines. I would hope that kids took the proper steps to do such things. I have learned about different websites that provide basic images to use for my instructions. 

    The implementation of technology has been rather difficult with the switch to online learning. I see with future classrooms with more of a focus on online learning. As a teacher, we need to start for that time to come. To combat the problem of decreased productivity, I would add participation and extra credit incentives. There needs to be a reward for work. Kids and I do at times feel like my work does not go to a greater good. With the implementation of extra credit incentives, there will be a focus on doing this work to receive a better grade instantly. When the grade gets boosted and the class seems easier, the student will be more intrigues in the class. Student privacy is a problem that kids all over space. Student privacy can be from submitting assignments or the privacy of your backdrop in a Zoom call. I like the idea of keeping submitted assignments to where only the teacher can read. I am not a fan of group projects because that may interfere with someone's privacy. I would therefore make it mandatory that all personal work and ideas would be kept between teacher and student. I would then also make it mandatory for my Zoom calls to have backgrounds, that way no student feels left out or excluded. 

    The Newsletter Design was a realization of what I think is important for a student to know in my classroom. I like these assignments in this class because it is somewhat a self-reflection. I learned from this assignment the concept of adaptability and thinking out of what is important for parents to know about my classroom. I could have displayed my information more clearly. The skills learned can be used in the future because I know how to make a newsletter for my classes. This is an important thing to learn as a teacher because it will be used at least once a semester.
